Refund & Cancellation Policy

At House of Handmade by Ansoya Devrajbhai Bangari, we truly value your support and aim to ensure a smooth shopping experience. We believe in helping our customers as far as possible and therefore have a clear and supportive cancellation and refund policy.

Return & Refund Conditions

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to our Customer Service team within 7 days of delivery.

  • Please note, unboxing video is mandatory to process any damage-related claim.

  • Our team and the vendor will verify the damage before any decision is made.

  • If the item received is not as shown on the website or does not meet your expectations, notify us within 7 days. Our Customer Service Team will review and resolve the issue appropriately.

  • For items covered by manufacturer warranty, kindly contact the manufacturer directly.

  • NO CASH REFUNDS will be issued under any circumstances.

  • In case your item is unavailable or canceled, the amount will be credited to your bank account within 5 to 7 business days.

  • For any refunds approved, please allow 6–8 days for processing.

Important Notes

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to the vendor/merchant and the shipping process has been initiated.

  • We do not accept cancellations for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, etc.

  • If the product is proven to be of poor quality, refund or replacement may be offered at our discretion.
