At House of Handmade by Ansoya Devrajbhai Bangari, we truly value your support and aim to ensure a smooth shopping experience. We believe in helping our customers as far as possible and therefore have a clear and supportive cancellation and refund policy.
Return & Refund Conditions
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to our Customer Service team within 7 days of delivery.
Please note, unboxing video is mandatory to process any damage-related claim.
Our team and the vendor will verify the damage before any decision is made.
If the item received is not as shown on the website or does not meet your expectations, notify us within 7 days. Our Customer Service Team will review and resolve the issue appropriately.
For items covered by manufacturer warranty, kindly contact the manufacturer directly.
NO CASH REFUNDS will be issued under any circumstances.
In case your item is unavailable or canceled, the amount will be credited to your bank account within 5 to 7 business days.
For any refunds approved, please allow 6–8 days for processing.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to the vendor/merchant and the shipping process has been initiated.
We do not accept cancellations for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, etc.
If the product is proven to be of poor quality, refund or replacement may be offered at our discretion.
